January thaw going on here in Liberty, Maine. Up into the 40s today. Worked with only a sweatshirt and even then I got hot. Definitely not complaining though. Just Jon and I working today but we got much accomplished. I painted some more trim boards; Jon finished putting fan fold on the east side of the house. When you see the picture of him at the very peak, you will understand why I was a bit nervous. Hope did her part today by chasing the Liberty Farm turkey flock away twice, digging in the snow, and dragging off sticks of wood from the discard pile. All in all it was a great day. I will post pictures in a bit. I took them with my phone and am having trouble e-mailing them to me. Going to try uploading to the blog directly from my phone.
No luck uploading photos from phone. Will take more tomorrow with regular camera.
