Day 71

Heard from Ben, the plumber; "So what do you think? Think you'll be moving in say about March or April?" My reply: "How about in two weeks?" He just doesn't understand that we don't really care if all the trim work is finished. As long as we have constant heat, hot water, plumbing, and electricity (four things we presently do not have) we are moving in! The next five pictures are the upstairs as it is now. When I take pictures of it again, it will be covered with beautiful dry wall, which Jon ordered today! The credit we received for the overestimation of insulation ( we sent it back) equals almost exactly what the drywall costs. Yeah for not having to write another big fat check! So what do you think? A nice cottage yellow for the walls?
