Day 108

Tuesday: Back to work for me- long, boring day. Picked up groceries on the way home. Jon went to Rockland to sort out the debacle with 325 Old County Rd. No resolution yet but at least there's electricity and heat. Being a landlord is not what it is cracked up to be. Tenants just up and leave even though they have a binding lease. Ugh. Anyway, we will see how it plays out. Jon picked up some more foil insulation for the radiant floors and put some more up.
