Day 38

Snowing today! Jon and Ken worked half of the day yesterday and got more of the trim boards up. Today Jon is inside the Carriage house painting the rest of the trim before it goes up. The cold weather is keeping us from getting more accomplished, but at least the place is closed in. Still waiting for CMP to come set the new pole and put in our electrical service. It's very frustrating because the ground is freezing up. Jon has most of the ditch dug for the underground lines but he still has twenty feet or so to go once CMP is finished. Then, filling the ditch back in again will not be easy either with rock hard dirt. Let's hope we get a bit of a warm up. The plumber is coming Sunday to lay out the radiant heating for the second floor. More pictures when there's more to show. Right now the work that is being done isn't markedly noticeable.
